Our team consists of highly motivated and capable individuals who are currently involved in several restaurants, bar lounge and development projects in the Los Angeles area. The following are our team members.

Alex KagianarisMr. Kagianaris received his B.A. in Communications from the University of California at Berkeley. He received his J.D. from the Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and was admitted to the California Bar in February 2002. Mr. Kagianaris is a partner in Kagianaris Lew LLP. Prior to joining KAGIANARIS LEW LLP, Mr. Kagianaris worked in-house in the Business Affairs department at WARNER MUSIC GROUP, INC. In addition to his various prominent entertainment clients, Mr. Kagianaris current practice includes the representation of various owners of various commercial real estate ventures in the Los Angeles are including bar, club, lounge and restaurant owners. He is also an investor and consultant in various restaurants and lounges in the LA area. He has also acted as a business consultant for a successful microbrewery in the Portland area. Mr. Kagianaris is a managing partner of HBG.

Samuel T. Chawinga (Brewer) - Mr. was born in Malawi, East Africa - his father Timbuku and mother an American of German descent. After spending the first five years of in Malawi and London for a few years, Mr. Chawinga moved to California in 1979. Mr. Chawinga received his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley where he received my bachelor’s degree in Sociology in 1997. For the next two years he attended CSU at Stanislaus and studied pre-med science. Eventually, he attended Life West Chiropractic College, where he graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2005.

Mr. Chawinga brewed his first batch of beer in 1993 at age 19 - a Honey Ale that came in at a whopping 8% alcohol by volume. Since then, he has brewed over 200 batches. In that same time, he has visited over 70 breweries and sat in on over 40 professional brew sessions. Mr. Chawinga worked at at St. Stan’s Brewing Co. in Modesto, California and with the Roots Organic Brewing Co. located in Portland, Oregan, as a successful brewer. Mr. chawinga has various certificates with respect to the brewering industry, including but not limited to, a Certified Draft Contractor and Certified Packaging Technologists.
